Thanks! Sorry for the delayed reply, but your comment was caught in my spam folder. Your site definitely has the most information I have ever read on cucumbers! My cukes could use a little help this year with the cold spring we've had, so I'll be checking back on your site in the near future. (Sure - I am always open to writing guest posts!) Thanks for visiting Barbolian Fields!

Today's zucchini count: 12 and still going strong! 1 dozen loaves of zucchini bread in the freezer; another dozen given as "gifts" (aka - *please* - take this!); 2 dozen given to the Food Bank; and another zucchini stir fry tonight ... I promised a follow-up to this post, and in the meantime, have perfected my 4-loaf batch of zuke bread, which I will share. My motto is, "Zucchinis are not for weenies!" - and let that be a lesson to me!

Blythe,

This absolutely cracked me up!! I got on the site to decide on our seed garlic but couldn't resist the long tale of zucchinis gone wild. Wonderful!

By the way, if you are still looking for a good home for more zukes, we'd be happy to try and sell them at the booth.

See you soon.
