Today’s zucchini count: 12 and still going strong! 1 dozen loaves of zucchini bread in the freezer; another dozen given as “gifts” (aka – *please* – take this!); 2 dozen given to the Food Bank; and another zucchini stir fry tonight … I promised a follow-up to this post, and in the meantime, have perfected my 4-loaf batch of zuke bread, which I will share. My motto is, “Zucchinis are not for weenies!” – and let that be a lesson to me!

This absolutely cracked me up!! I got on the site to decide on our seed garlic but couldn’t resist the long tale of zucchinis gone wild. Wonderful!
