This is our first year for growing the Chinese Pink, a Turban variety of garlic, and they are looking strong! In fact, they are the tallest in the garden at this point (2/18/12). We’re looking forward to seeing how these work out – they are reported to be some of the earliest maturing garlics, ready at a time when we are craving fresh garlic the most!
