Start with fresh ingredients: kale, garlic, cauliflower, rosemary, and onion. The garlic bulbs are German Extra Hardy, a strong-flavored Porcelain. I have found that smaller bulbs store the longest. These are still in great shape.

Barbolian Fields is located just outside of Sequim, WA. Our main crop is garlic. We are currently growing 24 varieties and over 1000 bulbs, along with assorted herbs, fruits, veggies, & wildlife plants.
