Paul Gautschi leans against a rake, taking questions from our tour group and sharing what he has observed and has worked for him. He started on a piece of land with very little water a very poor soil and has turned it into a lush “Garden of Eden” that provides fruits and vegetables for his family and friends and a place to raise seven children.
